How many people can come on the boat?

We can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests per charter. That includes adults and children. It’s the perfect setup for a fun and relaxed group outing.

Can we bring our own drinks and food?

Yes! We encourage you to bring your favorite non-alcoholic beverages and snacks. We provide ice and bottled water on board, and there’s a cooler and cup holders to keep everything chilled and convenient. Please avoid glass containers where possible.

Does the Cruise come with a captain?

Yes—all charters include a professional, licensed captain. They’ll handle the navigation so you can relax and enjoy your time on the water. Our captains are friendly, knowledgeable, and there to make your experience smooth and memorable.

Is there a bathroom on the boat?

Yes — there’s a restroom available inside the cabin for your convenience during the cruise.

What about bad weather?

Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are unsafe (high winds, lightning, etc.), we’ll reschedule your charter or issue a full refund. Light rain or overcast skies may not cancel a cruise—we’ll always keep you informed.

Where to meet?

Most cruises depart from a convenient dock in downtown Kelowna. If you’d like a different pickup location, just let us know when you book—custom pickups may be available upon request.

Can we go for a swim?

Yes! If the weather is right and you’re up for it, we’re happy to anchor so you can take a dip. The boat’s spacious swim platform makes it easy and fun to hop in and cool off.

Can we customize the cruise?

Definitely. We love helping guests create unique experiences. Whether you want to plan a surprise, bring a themed playlist, or request a scenic route, we’ll do our best to tailor the cruise to your vibe.

Whats the cancelation policy?

You can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your charter for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable unless weather prevents us from operating safely. Reach out with any concerns, we’ll work with you.

Should we tip the captain?

Tipping is always appreciated if you feel your service was exceptional—and we strive to make sure it is. Gratuity is not included in the booking fee.
