I answer to many names including Squeaky Cheese Guy, Cheese Poet, and of course, Canadian Cheese Ambassador.
I was born and raised in Quebec City. After a move to the Okanagan in 2005, my life-long passion for cheese became an empire! That’s when I launched my Squeaky Cheese distribution, education, and pairing experience business.
As a child, I loved to talk and I loved to play with my food. So, it’s no surprise that’s how I earn my living today!
An emotional connection is made when people enjoy and savour local food. I love educating people of the pleasures of eating amazing Canadian cheeses and supporting the industry. Cheese is not the enemy! Cheese is our friend! Our yummy, healthy, delicious friend. I invite you to explore the different cheesy experiences I have to offer. They’re all fun, exciting, educational, and engaging for everyone!
Why I Do What I Do
I want to start a movement for healthier guts and a happier planet by making Canadian cheese more accessible for all! I do this by educating consumers about the pleasures of eating and supporting Canadian cheese!

Less is better. No mass production for mass consumption! What we need is to eat less better-quality food for a healthier body and a happier planet.
